Orders are packed within 3–7 business days. Once ready, you’ll receive tracking via the email or phone used at checkout. Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking to update. 

During holidays, launches, or promos, processing may take a bit longer. We ship from New York City , and all shipping times are based on this location.

For international customers using couriers:

Once your order is marked as delivered to your courier, VEINTIUNO 1921 is not responsible for lost or delayed packages.
