RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your VEINTIUNO 1921 pieces as much as we do. But if for any reason you’re not completely in love with your order, you have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • Free of any marks (including makeup), scratches, or signs of wear
  • Packaged in their original packaging

Kindly note:

  • Returns are only accepted for items purchased at full price from VEINTIUNO1921.COM.
  • If your order included a complimentary gift, it must also be returned. If not returned, the retail value of the gift (listed on our website) will be deducted from your refund.


HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Email us at returns@VEINTIUNO1921.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

               Please include your:

    • Order number
    • Email address
    • ZIP code
    • And the reason for your return or exchange
  • 2. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how to send your item back to our return center.

    ‼️IMPORTANT NOTES 

    ✅ For exchanges only, we are happy to provide a complimentary return label.

    • We do not provide prepaid return labels for returns. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.
    • You must email us the tracking number once your return has been shipped. Returns without tracking information or prior authorization will not be accepted.
    • A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from all approved return refunds
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
